SLEEP MILESTONES
7 weeks. Ellie sleeps for 5-6 hour stretches
9 weeks. Ellie starts to sleep through the night with no feeds or a short 3am or 4am feed. Mummy the worry wort gets up every 3 hours or so the night Ellie sleeps 10 hours between feeds just to check if her baby is ok. Guess who is not sleeping through the night now that Ellie is managing longer hours?
